I have spent over two decades working in global data, technology and energy organisations, leading commercial strategy, sales development and growth initiatives.
Alongside that career, I trained as coach, because I saw something missing: smart, capable people struggling not because they lacked skills, but because they were carrying pressure, responsibility, and change alone.
Today, I bring these two worlds together, supporting people and organizations through moments of growth with clarity, integrity, and partnership.
